In December, I had the great honor to work with three of my close friends on a great project. The Jan Fris Rest in Peace memorial brewing project was something put together to honor our dear friend Jan who passed away last year.

I teamed with three small batch brewers of fine craft beer. My role was to design the labels for the wonderful beer that they created. The results were delicious and something that I know Janno would have enjoyed.

The beers were:
Buckwheat Brown brewed by Andy Cain from Flying Squirrel Brewing Company in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Old Fuzzyface brewed by Darren Vehar from Fathand Brewing Company in Warren, Michigan.
Bearded Guy Rye brewed by Greg Schaedel from Corner Lot Brewing Company in Ferndale, Michigan.

A big thanks to Clint from Tillman Project for lending his skills on the illustration for the Bearded Guy Rye label. A sincere thanks to the three of you for including me in this tasty tribute. It was an honor.
